Make sure you can connect to the IU Secure wireless network. Register your devices using Get Connected (https://getconnected.iu.edu) or by following the automatic prompts when you open a web browser the first time.

Your Computing Accounts

To set up your student Network ID, email, and printing accounts, visit https://itaccounts.iu.edu.

Update your operating system

Windows Users: Get connected more quickly by updating your operating system with Service Pack 3 (Windows XP) or Service Pack 1 (Windows Vista / Windows 7) and .Net Framework 3.5. To learn how to update your Windows operating system, click here. To update .NET Framework 3.5, visit here
